How enquiries are stored
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website database hosted through Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the inbox requires an administrator credential. The website does not automatically email your enquiry. On successful submission, a reference is shown and you may continue the conversation through WhatsApp.
Security and spam prevention
The website uses encrypted transport, server validation, origin checks, a hidden spam field and submission limits. A hashed network identifier is kept temporarily for abuse control and removed from rate-limit records after expiry when another submission is processed. A corresponding hourly hash remains with each stored enquiry.
How long we keep information
Enquiry records remain in the website inbox until Rayion removes them. Rayion reviews records as part of enquiry handling. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed, subject to any lawful record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising analytics or nonessential tracking is configured by this website. The private preview hosting platform may use authentication cookies and process technical access logs. These are managed by the hosting platform.
External services
Phone and email links open your chosen application. WhatsApp links and address searches on Google Maps take you to those services, which apply their own privacy terms. Opening WhatsApp after an enquiry may include the enquiry reference and selected details in a draft message. You choose whether to send it.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to or correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent for future contact, or raise a concern by emailing rayionrenewables@gmail.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
